Edward N. Walters
Mr. Walters has over 8 years in the immigration field, either through international recruitment or as an attorney drafting complex business visas. Mr. Walters selectively takes the following cases: E1/E2; L1A/L1B; H-1B; Outstanding Researchers (O);: Investor Visas. Since Mr. Walters possesses both immigration and business law experience, he is uniquely suited to assist in immigration based on business formation thereby offering a turnkey approach to the process.
Mr. Walters also possesses the Probate Certificate from the Institute for Continuing Legal Education. Mr. Walters focuses his probate and estate planning efforts on wills, trusts, gifts, asset protection plans, decedent’s estates and guardianships and conservatorships.
In addition, Mr. Walters has gained experience in divorce and family law and is a member of the Family Law Section of the State Bar Association and the Wayne County Family Law Bar Association.
Mr. Walters has been working with the Filipino community since 1999 and with the Korean multinational community since 2005 representing large conglomerates as well as small entrepreneurs. Additionally, Mr. Walters has been working within the Filipino community since 1999 and was the Director of Operations of the Asian Immigration Center, a leading international recruiting company based in Manila with a satellite office in Iloilo.
