Paul Saba

Paul A. Saba is an associate attorney with Nichols & Eberth, P.C. who specializes in immigration law. More specifically, Mr. Saba specializes in family-based visa petitions, marriage visas, fiancée visas, adjustments of status, citizenship/naturalization applications, investment-based visas, and employment-based visas. In addition to his immigration practice, Mr. Saba is also trained as a mediator and dispute resolution specialist in matters of civil, employment and business disputes. Prior to joining Nichols & Eberth, Mr. Saba was a solo practitioner in Dearborn for two years before joining Nichols & Eberth, and prior to that, he was an associate at a labor and employment law firm in Downtown Detroit.

In 2002, Mr. Saba received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a minor in Arabic from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. In 2006, Mr. Saba received a Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School and a Master of Arts in Dispute Resolution from Wayne State University College of Communication Arts. He has served internships with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Office of General Counsel, The Transportation Security Administration Office of Civil Rights, The Honorable George Caram Steeh from the US District Court in the Eastern District of Michigan, and the Archdiocese of Detroit Community Immigration Legal Services.

Mr. Saba is a certified mediator for the state of Michigan. He is also fluent in Arabic.

Mr. Saba is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Michigan Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Dearborn Bar Association, the Wayne County Family Bar Association and the Arab-American Bar Association.
