Nichols & Eberth Attorneys to Teach Adult Education Classes Again

Dearborn Adult Education Program

For the seventh year, the attorneys of Nichols & Eberth will once again teach the following classes as a part of Dearborn's Adult Education Program.

All classes are taught in two-hour sessions and are held on Wednesday evenings from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Dearborn High School as follows:

  • Wednesday, January 28, 2004 - A Divorce Attorney's Advice on How to Stay Happily Married
    An attorney with 25 years of experience in handling divorces gives his observations and views as to why couples get divorced and more importantly, his opinions on how to improve and maintain an excellent marital relationship. This class is not only informative, it is also a lot of fun with many movie clips shown including clips from Cinderella, the Godfather and even the Terminator.

  • Wednesday, February 11, 2004 - How to Get Divorced
    An attorney experienced in handling divorces explains the procedures and process used in a typical divorce which includes a discussion of issues regarding alimony, child custody, child support and division of assets and liabilities.

  • Wednesday, February 25, 2004 - Estate Planning
    An attorney who is experienced in drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney and related estate planning documents explains the purposes of each of these estate planning tools. The Michigan probate process is also discussed. Several informative handouts are included.

  • Wednesday, March 3, 2004 - How to Market A Small Business
    This is a one session nuts and bolts presentation on how to create, organize and implement an effective marketing plan that will increase a small company's business. Included is a discussion about marketing on the Internet.
