Brent M. Lamkin
Mr. Lamkin's practice is concentrated in family law, bankruptcy, estate planning, probate and real estate.
Mr. Lamkin earned a bachelor of arts degree in political science from the University of Michigan - Dearborn, and a law degree from Wayne State University. He has been practicing law since 1997.
Prior to joining Nichols & Eberth, P.C., Mr. Lamkin worked for seven years with a bankruptcy law firm in Grosse Pointe Farms representing Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 consumer debtors. He also has a background in insurance defense where he successfully represented clients in trials and appeals.
Mr. Lamkin is admitted to practice in all state courts in Michigan as well as in federal court in the Eastern District of Michigan.
Mr. Lamkin is a member of the Dearborn Bar Association and the Consumer Bankruptcy Association. |
